Rules:
Each row, column and 3x3 region must contain the numbers 1 through 9.
To Play:
Hover over a cell to display the scratch pad. Click on a number in the scratch pad to
select that number into the cell.
Cells with dark numbers and backgrounds are static hint values and cannot be changed.
The puzzle will display a message when the puzzle is complete.
To Save:
Click the button "Set Saveable Address".
